Mister Nosh is a locally owned & operated business of the ‘Mother & Daughter Duo’ Irene Kurandy & Lea Sigglekow(Kurandy).

This dynamic duo have a passion for cooking fresh, delicious, no nasties food which stems from over 40 years of commercial fresh food business experience. The origins of Mister Nosh not only came from this wealth of knowledge but also noticing the rising allergen intolerances within the community, including themselves.

Seeing & experiencing the frustration that the market consisted of mainly gritty, bland, pre-frozen, factory-made, gluten-free alternatives; Lea & Irene had a burning desire to solely focus on and create their own range of wholesale recipes with a simple goal to improve this segment of the market for many people just like them.

As such, Lea & Irene have chosen specific recipes from their own family catalogue and fine-tuned them to a unique Gluten Free product range that utilise high quality ingredients for desirable flavour and texture profiles. They believe a successful recipe is one that is indistinguishably Gluten Free, breaking the previous ideology that “GF tastes bad”. Mister Nosh recipes have had years of rigorous feedback & refinement and we are positive that everyone can enjoy them, with or without allergies.

All ingredients are sourced from local, ecological and humanely centric suppliers with no nasty synthetic chemicals, colourants or hormones in the mix. All Mister Nosh recipes are hand-made, quality controlled and quite simply good-old high quality wholesome nosh that’s packed with that naturally occurring fresh food flavour.

What separates Mister Nosh from many other wholesalers is our produce is made with high quality fresh produce, delivered within 24 hrs and is never frozen. We believe that treating the food with care makes it not only taste like a wholesome healthy meal from home but IT IS a healthier way to nourish our bodies.
